Ingredients:
2 cup ground beef
1 tomato, fresh,chop
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove
1 dash salt
2 chili peppers, diced
1 dash black pepper
1 lettuce, shredded
1 cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill, recipe from Del Mar Ca Brown meat in
skillet over medium heat; drain well. Put tomato, onion, garlic,
salt, black pepper and chili peppers in blender; chop fine but do not
puree. Use chili peppers of your choice, hot or mild. Add mixture to
browned meat, simmer until all liquid is absorbed; cool. Place meat
mixture on shredded lettuce and add cheese to garnish.
Servings: 2
This recipe is certainly silly. It says to separate two eggs, but it doesn't say how far to separate them. Gracie Allen
