Ingredients:
2 Avocados, peel, seed,
Chop
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
4 Chili peppers, canned
Chopped
Instructions:
With a fork, mash 2 large ripe avocados into coarse pulp while
blending in 2 or 3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (or combination).
Add salt and 2 to 4 canned chilies, chopped. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
Serve with chips.
