Mexican Sauce Recipes

Ingredients:

1 onions
2 garlic
2 tbsp oil
2 cup canned tomatoes
4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oregano

Instructions:

Servings: 2

Chop onion and crush garlic. Cook in oil until wilted. Add tomatoes
and press through strainer. Mix with broth and bring to a boil.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. Heat the chiles in
boiling sauce for about five minutes.
