Mexican Burrito Recipes

Ingredients:

4 8 inch flour tortilla
2 cup chicken and sweet pepper stir fry
4 oz canned mushrooms, sliced and drained
1/4 cup plum preserves

Instructions:

Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes to soften.

meanwhile, in a med saucepan stir together the reserved Chicken and Sweet
pepper stir fry, mushrooms, and plum preserves. Cook and stir over med
heat
about 5 minutes or till heated through.

To assemble, spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture down the center of each
tortilla. Fold in the opposite sides of the tortilla so they overlap.
