Ingredients:
1 tbsp Mashed canned chipotle
-chile (from a can of
-chipotles en
Adobo)
1 tbsp Chipotle juices (from can)]
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Recipe pizza dough [You're
-on your own here... S.C.]
3 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
-cheese
1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Chipotle" chilies are a Mexican ingredient++hot smoked jalapenos
packed in a vinegary adobo sauce. They are VERY hot. A little goes a
long way.
Mix the chipotle, the juices, garlic and olive oil together.
Roll out pizza dough to a 10-inch circle; place on a baking sheet.
Spread chipotle topping over dough, then sprinkle with the grated
cheeses.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges. [...using what ever implement you prefer. I'm not
about to get into that debate!]
