Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 pinch oregano
1 dash salt
2 each yellow bell peppers
3 each habanero peppers -=or=- - jalapeno, peppers
1/4 each green bell pepper
1/4 each yellow bell pepper
1 juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
Dice the tomatoes, onion, and peppers. Add the chopped cilanto
leaves, oregano, and salt. Mix, then pour on the lime juice. Simple
and tasty.
