Ingredients:

1 cup tomatoes, plum, diced & seeded
2 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 tbsp onions, red, minced
1 tbsp juice, lime, fresh
1 jalapeno chile, seeded & minced
1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp salt

PER 1/4 CUP SERVING

Instructions:

combine all ingredients in small bowl. Makes about 1 cup. Total Prep
