Ingredients:
4 each tomatoes, peel & chop
1 can chopped green chili peppers
2 each jalapeno peppers,seed & chop
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 each cloves of garlic
1 juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
1. Combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, cilantro, and garlic in a
medium bowl. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together remaining
ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to mix. Cover and
chill.
Servings: 4
