Ingredients:
1 cup heinz tomato ketchup
1/2 cup finely chopped onion, divded
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cumin
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup heinz ketchup
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Instructions:
In small saucepan, combine the 1 c ketchup,1/4 onion, raisins, water,
chiles, sugar, cinnamon, and cumin. Simmer 5 minutes;set aside.
Combine beef, the 1/3 cup ketchup, remaining 1/4 cup onion,
Worchestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper; form 5 patties. Grill
or broil 4-5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Stir almonds
into sauce just before serving over beef patties. Source:Cooking with
