Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried chile peppers (either
1 mild ones, such as anaheim
1 or pasilla, or a combination
1 of mild and hot)
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground coriander
Instructions:
In a blender, whirl the chile peppers and cumin seeds to a powder.
Mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Store in an airtight
container.
