Mexican Jalapeno Recipes

Ingredients:

1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sour cream
3 1/4 cup Bread flour
1 tsp Beau Monde (or salt)
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Butter or margarine
2 tsp Active dry yeast
1 tbsp Dried chives
1 tbsp Ground cumin
When beeper sounds, add:
1/2 cup Shredded Monterey jack
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup Chopped jalapeno pepper

Instructions:

Place all of first-part ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or
white) bread, and start machine. When beeper sounds, add second set
of ingredients. With the cheese and sour cream, this makes a nice
brown loaf of tasty bread. Enjoy!
