Ingredients:
2 tbsp lime juice -- freshly
1 squeezed
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper --
1 seede
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the
olive oil and whirl 1 to 2 minutes. With machine running, add olive
oil, 1 tbs at a time. Chill. Makes 1 cup
