Mexican Enchilada Recipes

Ingredients:

2 3 lbs. hamburger
1 dozen
2 small onions, chopped
19 oz can enchilada sauce
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 corn tortillas

Instructions:

Brown beef in skillet. Add chopped onion and saute until tender.
Drain. Layer in casserole dish or pan; tortillas, meat sauce and
shredded cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for
25 minutes.
