Ingredients:
2 oz squares chocolate, grated boiling water
2 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Boil chocolate and water 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Cook in
double boiler 1 hour, beating at intervals.
