Mexican Pork Recipes

Ingredients:

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
16 oz van camp's pork and beans - undrain, ed
2 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 plain yogurt

Instructions:

Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add beans and salsa, heat
through. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita pocket half. Top with
lettuce, tomato, cheese, yogurt and additional salsa, if desired.
