Ingredients:
4 pork blade steaks, 3/4
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup chunky salsa
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp lemon/lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine
salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and
simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
