Ingredients:
5 1/4 oz Au gratin potato mix
8 oz Picante sauce
2 cup Water
2 cup Milk
6 oz Shredded mild Cheddar
- cheese
2 1/4 oz Sliced olives, drained
Instructions:

============== ==== == In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the potato
mix, picante sauce, and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring
occasionally, or until the potatoes are tender. Add the milk, cheese,
and olive NOTE: This is great served with tortilla chips. Oh - you
can usually find the au gratin potato mix in the packaged potato and
rice aisle in the supermarket.
