Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

mix until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal !/2-inch-thick patties. Cook in a
large nonstick skillet over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until no
pink rema NOTE: Chilling the raw meat mixture for a few hours before
cooking allows it to absorb the seasonings more thoroughly, giving
your finished sausage patties really rich flavor.
