Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cup picante sauce, plus extra for topp, ing
15 oz pinto or black beans, rinsed and d, rained
1 tsp chili powder
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup to 1 sour cream, as desired
1 tortilla chips
Instructions:

============== ==== == In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with
the onion over medium-high heat; drain off the liquid. Add the 2 cups
picante sauce, the beans, and chili powder and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in
the t NOTE: This is a great Tex-Mex dish that can be a snack or light
supper, or served with warmed flour tortillas, it's a dinner buffet
all by itself! Serving it in the skillet helps keep it warm longer.
