Ingredients:
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp chile pepper
3 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 pinch cinnamon
1 chicken (3-4 lb) cut in pieces
Instructions:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together well and sprinkle liberally over chicken
pieces. Refrigerate for 6 or up to 24 hours, before grilling.
