Ingredients:
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine -- or vermouth
1 garlic -- to taste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp tabasco
1 tbsp parsley or cilantro -- chop
2 chickens -- halved
Instructions:
Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
