5 Avocados, Ripe, Peel & Pit
4 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 cup Tomato, Chopped, 1 Medium
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of dip.
