Ingredients:
1 can spam luncheon meat, chopped (12 oz)
4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese with, peppers
6 8 flour tortillas
1 guacamole
1 chi-chi's salsa
Instructions:
Combine SPAM and cheese. Spoon meat mixture over 3 tortillas. Top with
remaining tortillas. In lightly greased griddle, heat filled tortilla
over medium-high heat until soft and cheese is melted, turning once.
Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut each tortilla stack into 6
wedges. Serve with guacamole or salsa.
