Ingredients:
2 medium avocados
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 lb tofu, soft
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp cumin, ground
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 large tomato, ripe, chopped
1 black pepper and cayenne to taste
1 parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Mash avocados and add in remaining ingredients. Mash together all but
parsley. Leave avocado seed in dip so it doesn't turn brown. Chill
dip for 2 hours. Serve cold.
