4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup instant corn tortilla mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp red chiles, ground
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, snipped
1 each egg, large
2 tbsp milk
